Need to make another purchase of your theme since no one at company knows what email address and password was used to buy your theme four years ago.

May I ask what version were you updating from and how, FTP?
If you were updating via FTP please rename the theme folder to enfold-old, them upload the new them folder, please do not try to overwrite the theme folder as it will leave old files behind.
Also ensure your PHP version is 5.6 or aboveBest regards,

Sorry, I’m not 100% on that, I believe it is one support login. But I sure your client will share the login with you.
