    I received an email inviting me to extend my support for my Enfold licence, but the purchase page was confusing and by mistake I purchased an extra licence instead of the extended support. Is it possible to receive a refund for the licence? And how do I extend the support – I can’t see where to click?

    Hey GinnyC24,

    You need to reach out to Envato/Themeforest support in order to get a refund for your mistake purchase, as they handle all sales related matters. They should be able to help you out with your support purchase as well.

    I thought this was Envato/Themeforest support.
