Purchase of Enfold Theme

I am interested in purchasing the Enfold theme and have the following questions.

1. Does the theme include all the various looks in the Demos and can these page views / features be mixed and matched per our needs or if we select the Enfold App Demo for example are we constrained to what is displayed only under that specific demo?

2. Is the purchase a single use purchase or once we buy the theme are we free to use it across multiple sites if we need to do so.
