    Hi,

    I can’t activate my account from WordPress. When I use my purchase code I have the following error message :
    “Your purchase code appears to be invalid. Please take special care to enter it correctly without accidentally including spaces or other additional characters. Please note, you can’t activate LayerSlider with your theme’s purchase code. This also can be a temporary issue in our services. In that case please try it again in a few hours.”.

    What I need to do to activate my product ?

    Hey RafikBK,

    Just to confirm, are you trying to activate the layerslider that’s bundled within the theme? if yes, the purchase code you have when you purchased Enfold would not work on layerslider, you would need to purchase the stand-alone version of layerslider to do that. You don’t need activate the layerslider bundled within the theme since it already has the features the stand-alone version has except for some premium features.
