    Hello Kriesi-Support,

    we have now bought your additional 6 month support but then found out that our Purchase Code have been used by one of our old employees, years ago. We don’t know who it is and don’t have access to this data. Please change the account mail to our IT mail and reset the password so that we can login to this forum.

    login worked for me, PW changed.
    As it seems the assumed employee is an external one which we don’t engage anymore, since years. But “Andy” was still posting topics for foreign sites…
