    Hey there!

    We have the following problem: Our former webdesigner bought a license for your theme “Enfold” and set up our homepage and online shop (woocommerce). Sinc the last update of wordpress, several failures occure and we really need to update the theme. The problem is, that we don’t have the purchase code and our FORMER webdesigner doesn’t answer any of our messages.

    How can we solve the problem? Our online shop is offline at the moment (which is really bad) and we can’t make any changes to the homepage (which was the first problem that occured after updating wordpress)

    I’m hoping for a fast response as we are really helpless at the moment!

    PS: I recommended your theme to 2 people since we use it, as we are really happy with it. It would be great to get this solved quickly!

    Well, you’ll probably need to purchase the license again, since you don’t have the ThemeForest credentials.
