Please help! I know this is a pre sales facility but you guys really don’t have a support facility that you can ask a question in. You can be a sod and ignore this but I’d really appreciate it if you could help me out here. I’m simply trying to update a vital plugin – layer slider on Enfold. I’ve inputted my purchase code as required with no errors but it says invalid or this is a system error and I can go no further. Please just tell me how to engage with the developer, I’ll be patient and give credit where it’s due. Thanks.
