    Hello

    I purchased your enfold theme a few years back. Unfortunately I can’t find my receipt and no longer use my old email address which was:

    tony& (Email address hidden if logged out)

    I am currently building a new site and need an update on the theme and a little help please?

    Do you have the purchase code?

    For technical support please register here kriesi.at/support/register with your item purchase code .

    Go to https://kriesi.at/support/ select the theme you purchased bookmark the URL.

    Example: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold

    Scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.

    Unfortunately I can not access my emails as no longer have access to my old email address. I have no access to my purchase code.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Unfortunately, only way to have an access to theme files is by having an access to ThemeForest account used when purchasing the theme. Could you please contact Envato support and ask them to help retrieve your ThemeForest account? Then you could download the latest version of the theme from your profile and also access your purchase code and register to our support forum :)
