Proportions get messed up when zooming in/out

Dear all,

Hope all is well.
When I zoom in or out (so, with ctrl +/-), the proportions of the elements get messed up. That is, the distance between the elements changes, the alignment of some text changes (i.e, at 100% the text is in the middle, while at 80% the text is not in the middle anymore), some pictures don’t become smaller at all, etc.

Let’s look at the default Enfold demo to illustrate what I’m looking for: http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview.
When I zoom in and out here, everything stays in place. It’s just that the pictures and the text get smaller. That’s what I want!

To just take one element that I used as an example: I used the ‘fullwidth easy slider’ to put up a slider. However, when I zoom out, the size of this slider stays exactly the same..
Again, this is just one element as an example, but it is basically the issue with all the elements.

FYI: I used that Avia builder to put up all the elements.

Does someone have an idea how this can be solved?
