    Inside the Advanced layout editor I created the same promo box on two different pages however they are not formatted the same. One has more space above the writing than the other.

    http://emilylawton.com.au/about-coaching/ this is the right format
    http://emilylawton.com.au/services/ this box has additional space above the writing.

    Can you please advise how to correct this?

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    There’s a p tag on top of the second promobox title. Please make sure that there are no visible spaces on the editor.

    Where are you seeing the p tag?
    Excuse my ignorance but I’m not seeing it.
