Hi, in my site progress-bar doesn’t work. Only work over the separator in 2/2 element. Below doesn’t work also in 2/2 container. Enfold 3.1.1, Yoast and Cookie Law plugin but problem is present with this off.

Progress bar element gets triggered when it is fully visible. You have it at the bottom and you are not displaying footer widgets that is why it is not getting triggered. Can you please try adding another elements below it and check if that helps?
