On my site I am having an issue where I can’t add products to the site. I have changed themes and it works on other themes and have been on support with woocommerce and they say its an issue with the theme. I have everything updated and have disabled all caching.

Any help on this is much appreciated.

    Hey esaunders,

Have you attempted disabling all active plugins to see if this issue resolves?

    Best regards,

    Hi esaunders,

I was able to create the test product, but there are many errors in the WordPress editor JavaScript.
How are you creating products? Can you please clear browser cache?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

I have been creating products the normal way. Creating products wasn’t an issue before. I have cleared browser cache. I attached a screenshot of what I get after a product is added to the cart. It doesn’t show and when I go to cart it shows there is nothing there.

    Hi,
I was able to create a product with no issues, then I tested placing an order and found a script was covering your “added to cart page with a iframe, after testing your plugins a searching around, I found that your tracking code in the child theme functions.php is causing all of the issues. I have not seen tracking code try to take over a check out page with a iframe before, but I recommend removing it.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hey Mike,
I was using Woocommerce hooks to add the tracking code, but have removed those and used a different route. I didn’t realize it added an iframe in with those hooks. It seems that fixed the issue.

Thanks for helping me figure this out!

Glad to hear you were doing it and not some shady code somewhere :)
    shall we close this then?

    Best regards,
    Mike
