    Hi there,

    Your theme has worked flawlessly since I bought it, but for some reason products are not adding to cart

    You click ‘add to cart’ and when you click view cart of checkout, it says that the cart is empty

    Checked with host and tmp folder is writable, PHP version is fine and everything their end is seemingly fine.

    Checked system status on WooCommerce and everything is fine there

    Desperately need help as had 2 customers in the past 2 days unable to buy items

    [UPDATE]
    had tried many things, including upgrading WP and disabling all plugins and also clearing transients

    Contacted host and they confirmed that all permissions and cache was fine

    Turns out PHP was set to 5.3 when it should be 5.2….

    What an absolute waste of a day of stressful googling.
