My client is reporting an issue that is happening when trying to add a woocommerce product grid to a page. The 503 Service Unavailable error is only occurring when they choose either of 2 specific categories. All other categories don’t cause this error.
I was able to reproduce this error.
We have tried disabling all plugins, this did not help.

November 29, 2023 at 7:36 pm #1426732I have had our host increase the resources available to the site, and this seems to have fixed the issue. I would still love to know why those 2 categories are exhausting the server resources.
November 30, 2023 at 4:09 am #1426754Hi,
Thank you for the update.
How many items are included in these categories? It’s possible that they contain more items compare to other categories consuming more memory during database queries and causing server overloads. You might want to contact your hosting provider for more info about this issue.
Best regards,
IsmaelNovember 30, 2023 at 9:17 am #1426770The first one has 14 and the other has 5.
It’s odd because one of the other categories that worked fine has 24.
