Hi, I don’t know if this has anything to do with the theme but it has occurred since the last update so I’m seeking some advice here. Products in my shop are not added to the shopping cart on mobile and desktop devices. When “add to cart” is clicked, the user is returned to the home page and the shopping cart remains empty. This problem has occurred so far on iOS and Android and on a variety of browsers (FF, Safari, Chrome, DuckDuckGo). I have tried clearing the cache but I’m not sure what else to try. Thank you in advance.

It seems to be related to WP Super Cache settings. When I disabled caching, I was able to add products to cart on mobile. After that I turned cache back on. It seems to affect mobile only.

Thank you so much, Yigit. The moderators here are always so helpful. I don’t know how you figured out the issue but thank you for fixing it. I did experience the issue on desktop (only when logged out of WordPress) but it seems to be working again.
It looks like the WP Super Cache is still enabled, were you able to change a setting that fixed the issue?

Hi Rachel,
No actually, I was looking for a mobile specific setting as only mobile devices were affected but noticed that temporarily de-activating the plugin helped. Maybe that cleared the cache and that is why it is working correctly.
If issue re-occurs, please let us know so we can try disabling options one by one to find which exact one is causing the issue on mobile :)
