Hi there, new to the forum and have an issue with the product zoom that should first show a magnifying glass and then pop out the image…
Instead it just opens the image when clicked and it is in original size.
The other issue is that the images are not resizing throughout the site properly.
I have tried all the different plugins and even tried to get YITH WooCommerce Zoom Magnifier and tried to follow the user suggestions to fix it but nothing.
Suggestions?

Can you please try deactivating all active plugins except for WooCommerce and check if that helps? Then you can activate them one by one to find the culprit

Thank you for the update.
Still not sure why the lightbox or product zoom is not working. Maybe there’s a server cache. Please ask your host.

You can use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
Look for the shop_catalog size thumbnail. Adjust the image size to your liking then regenerate the thumbnails. Note that the images will take the size of its container so the product image size will actually depend on the size of the columns. It is much better to increase the dimension of the shop_catalog_size thumbnail.
Cheers!

Did you regenerate the thumbnails after you change the thumbnail size? The theme will resize the catalog images to 450x450px by default so you have to upload larger image than the default size. The best way is to resize them to 450x450px using image editor before uploading them as product image.
