I use Avia builder to build my product page. But the “reviews product” section doesn’t display the reviews content, it shows only the picture and some number that I don’t understand what it is.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

You can disable it in the settings of your Autoptimize plugin and W3 Total Cache plugin.
For autoptimize plugin you can go to Settings > Autoptimize (or if you’re logged in you can just click on the link in private content). Then uncheck Optimize CSS Code? and click on Save Changes and Empty Cache button.
For w3 total cache, go to Performance > Minify > CSS minify settings: and save, then go to Performance > General Settings > uncheck Page Cache and click on Save Settings and Purge Cache button.Best regards,

I see, can you try to create a staging site? it’s just a clone of your live site placed in your subdomain.
This way we can try to debug and isolate the issue without affecting your live site.
We may need to temporarily disable plugins, switch to default wp theme, etc.Best regards,
