Hi,
I don’t know if this problem’s occurring to only Enfold theme, my another size’s using twenty twelve theme, and it’s fine.
The problem in these pics are all of my variable products are broken, every time I create new variable product, I set attribute and then on variation tab, I create each variable or create all variables from attributes, there will be each box for each variables to be set, after I add price & stock… and then click on save, it’s processing and all of variables are gone, I click on expand or close, nothing to be shown…. This problem is still occurred after the update of Enfold to be version 3, please help me to solve this, I can’t create any variable product on my site. Thank you in advance
..
The variations are gone after click on save, click on expand toggle to show each variation isn’t worked..
On front-end single product page, there’re variables are available, but can’t choose any options..- This topic was modified 8 years ago by Pearwcz. Reason: add description to image

November 23, 2016 at 2:12 pm #715933hi, I solve this problem by adding the attributes in attribute tab (under product tab in wp-admin) instead before adding new product.
This is not convenient, I can’t add new attribute in custom post type product..November 24, 2016 at 8:14 am #716294Hey!
I’m trying to login to the site but it’s not letting me paste or copy anything to the page so I can’t input the password. It’s probably restricted by a plugin. Please disable the plugin so that we can access the site.
Cheers!

November 28, 2016 at 7:08 am #717587Hi!
Thank you for the update. You should enable or add the attributes first before creating variations. We created a test product.

RikardApril 6, 2017 at 8:05 pm #773454I am using Sellbrite for my inventory management and using the woocommerce plugin. When I did the update for the woocommerce plugin it will not allow me to do the variation update the same way and was wondering if there was something else that needed to done. The way that I was doing it was uploading the the csv file to sellbrite and then pushing that to my woocommerce channel and it would load great. Now it won’t display the variations correctly. So I have to go into the enfold theme and apply the variations, but when I do that it erases the atributes that were there and will only display one product.
Any help would be appreciated.
