Product variation drop down on shop page

Hi

I like the product list option with this theme. However, for variable products, customers still have to click through to the single product page to choose the variation. This is inconvenient, as they have to return to the shop page to continue their order for a food takeaway business.

Would it be possible to add a drop down option for variable products so the customer can scroll through one page showing all products and click the variation they want on some to add to cart?
