    Hi,

    I have noticed that the product star review widget does not appear anymore if you don’t have a single review? Do you have a way around to have it display as it’s supposed to?

    I have the same problem after the 4.3.1 update, i.e. here: https://silverscreen.tours/tours/14-day-the-lord-of-the-rings-tour/#tab-id-4

    @Support Team: This looks like a 4.3.1 related bug. Can you please look into it?

    Hi,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Did you update the theme manually? Please check if the product_snippets shortcode are still outside the product_snippets folder in the configtemplatebuilder > aviashortcodes folder. Provide the login details if that’s not the case.

    The issue should be fixed on the latest version.
    Can you delete the old theme from FTP and re-upload it again, please?

    Dear Team Kriesti,

    Yes, I look into those and try to apply the suggestion but no luck. it’s the same issue if there are no reviews, the review box copature do not show up.
