Hi,
the latest theme version of enfold seems to have stuffed up the displaying of products in the products sliders when there are multiple category sliders on a page – in a 4 column slider 2 will show and 2 will slip down to the next row and not show.
I’ve tried the following:
– updated all plugins
– deactivate all plugins and reactivate one by one
– delete my version of Enfold completely and ftp up a new zip file version (downloaded from themeforest)
– deleted all custom CSS
– move from child theme back to main theme and problem still exists
– WordPress version is current (WordPress 4.9.4)
– using php 7
– started a page from scratch – as soon as I add a 2nd slider there seems to be a conflict and display problems occur.
– looked through your support for other threads with similar problems – and tried those
– all products are turned to ‘in stock’I really don’t know what to try next.
Website address is http://skywatcheraustralia.com.au/ – scroll down the page to see the slider area.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
BasilisFebruary 14, 2018 at 9:38 pm #912501Hi!
We do also have a similar problem so i´ll be monitoring this post.In short:
We have four product sliders (one row, four columns) on our main page. The top two works flawlessly, the bottom two gets 2 rows and two columns which we do not want. We have done almost all steps listed in the original post.We believe this happened when updating Enfold and WooCommerce to the current versions.Best regards,
Philip
February 14, 2018 at 11:53 pm #912548hi, private login info added and added below.
the best page to view is http://skywatcheraustralia.com.au/dobsonians/ – I have had to add a new slider plugin to the 2 other pages as I can’t have the website sliders not working correctly.
thanks,
sarahFebruary 15, 2018 at 4:15 am #912593Hi
I just updated both plugins on my staging server and I get the same display issue. First I updated WooCommerce and saw the issue, then thought perhaps updating the theme next may have solve the issue, but it did not. Instead off displaying a 4-col selection, it displays only three and the next one on the next row.
I would like to know the solution to this before I update my live site. You can see the issue here: http://herbalhealing.staging.wpengine.com/ (hosted on WPengine)
Thanks

February 15, 2018 at 9:05 pm #912919Hi,
Can you please create a different ticket, so we can be able to review the things properly for us and not mess things?
Best regards,
BasilisFebruary 15, 2018 at 10:25 pm #912980Hi Basilis,
Sure here’s the new ticket link https://kriesi.at/support/topic/products-in-4-column-display-incorrectly/#post-912978
February 19, 2018 at 12:01 am #914072hi, I’ve not heard back from you re this support ticket – have you found a solution yet?
Looks like several other people are having the same issue.I’ve had to use a new purchased slider plugin as your one isn’t doing the trick – on pages where I have mixed categories – so have 2 different sliders which is not a good solution but is the only way I can make the website function correctly whilst waiting for you to sort out this issue.
I’ve posted in the private content the best page for you to look at to still see this problem – in draft for now as I don’t want it in the public domain.
February 19, 2018 at 3:21 pm #914295Hi sarah,
Sorry for the confusion, somebody hijaked your thread.
Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css.products .product.first { clear: none; }
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
VictoriaFebruary 20, 2018 at 2:32 am #914625thanks, that’s working perfectly now.
Shame it took so long to supply this as I’ve had to spend hours adding a new slider due to yours being broken.February 20, 2018 at 7:30 am #914723Hi,
Glad it is fixed. If you encounter the issue again, remove the css code temporarily then follow the instruction in the thread.
