Hi,
The product slider is pulling the wrong information from our products.
The product image is different from the actual product.
in the first example here, this is the product image:
But this is the actual product informaiton?
We need the correct information displayed.
January 24, 2025 at 6:07 am #1475705Hey ballindigital,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Looks like the correct product images display once you navigate to the second set of products. We also noticed that the site continuously loads without end. Have you tried deactivating the plugins temporarily? Please clone the site to a staging environment so that we can check the issue properly.
Best regards,

Thank you for creating the staging site.
The related product images are displaying correctly when we checked. Did you disable the plugins or change anything in the staging site?
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 30, 2025 at 9:33 am #1476008The same issue occurs for me on the staging site on desktop and on mobile.
What I’ve noticed is that if I click on one of the slider arrows to show the next set of images, they are correct.
If I slide backwards, then the original ones are fixed somehow.
The issue still persists.
January 31, 2025 at 8:02 am #1476066Hi,
Thank you for the info.
This is what we see on our end on initial load without clicking anything: https://imgur.com/IP7BFeT
Please try to purge the cache or test it on incognito mode. If the issue persists, please provide a link to the product page and a short clip of the issue.
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 3, 2025 at 5:49 pm #1476250Could you try different and private browsers? It won’t work for us.
On my MacBook, or Windows machine or my iPhone..
February 4, 2025 at 7:04 am #1476289Hi,
We checked again using a different browser but we still can’t reproduce the issue. We refreshed the page multiple times and different products appeared each time, but the images displayed correctly.
Please try deactivating the plugins, then purge the cache or check the site in incognito mode.
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 10, 2025 at 8:50 pm #1476849Hi,
Please see this video about the issue:
We’ve tested it in five different countries on over 15 different devices and different browsers.
The issue persists.
Please test using different devices and browsers.

IsmaelFebruary 13, 2025 at 11:25 am #1477041Are you sure you’re using a private browser?
When you click the arrow it corrects.
You’re showing the wrong products so I know that you’re clicking through it.
These are the default products that are shown on the homepage load.
You are showing me different products so you are not testing it properly.
I’ve changed the images and the issue is now worse.
Please investigate the live site properly. I’ve been using Enfold since 2015.
February 14, 2025 at 4:39 am #1477088Hi,
You’re showing the wrong products so I know that you’re clicking through it.
The screenshots were taken on the initial load — we didn’t click anything.
You are showing me different products so you are not testing it properly.
Random products are displayed on each page refresh, and each time, they show the correct product images as shown in the screenshots above. These were taken on different browsers.
And the site still continuously loads without end as we mentioned in our very first reply.
Can we deactivate the plugins in the live site?
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 14, 2025 at 10:23 am #1477111I hope you’re looking at the live site.
For me (and everyone else), the same products are shown on each page load.
Please see this short video clip.
Yes, you can deactivate the plugins to help you investigate.
February 17, 2025 at 1:38 am #1477214Hi,
For me (and everyone else), the same products are shown on each page load.
As shown in the screenshots above, this is not the case on our end. Different products are displayed in each row on every refresh.
We tried logging in to the live site again, but the credentials above are no longer working. Did you remove the account?
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 17, 2025 at 7:12 am #1477231Hi.- I’ve attached the login details again.
February 18, 2025 at 4:31 am #1477299Hi,
We still couldn’t reproduce the issue. The screenshots below are taken after each page refresh.
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 18, 2025 at 10:31 am #1477317You are looking at the wrong page.
The issue is on the homepage only.
February 18, 2025 at 10:34 am #1477319It is on other pages as well but it looks like you are confused with the Related Products feature. That works fine.
It’s the product slider.
February 19, 2025 at 4:39 am #1477362Hi,
Sorry for the confusion. We were checking the related items in one of the products. It turned out that the issue is caused by the Acowebs Product Labels for WooCommerce plugin. We temporarily deactivated it on the staging site.
Please contact the plugin developers for additional assistance.
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 19, 2025 at 10:51 am #1477374Thank you – I will investigate with them :)
