Hello
I have a page with the product list shortcode in it and it is displayed as it should. In the information of each product, I need to add a add-to-cart button and a field where the user makes a note on the product.
Using a child theme, I have customized productslider.php and placed the cart button. I have already activated the option that makes the catalogue-list
- clickable and adds it to the cart but the users fail to notice it and I am “forced” to have a notice about that.
Concerning the note part, I am a bit stuck and I would like some guidance to the right direction on how to impelement it. The site delivers meals to companies. So I will place an example in order to fully understand what I am after to.
A user wants to order a chicken burger but he doesn’t want the rice that accompanies it. So I would like to have a field where he makes his comment on the specific product. The Order Notes field that is placed in the checkout will not do the job since the orders are made in bulk by the offices in the companies. I hope the example gave you a better understanding of what I am trying to achieve.
Any guidance/hint to the right direction is appreciated.
