    Hi, I have made custom products with the advance layout builder, but when i put the product reviews plug in, it doesn’t show at all, even in the product info tab.

    Also i want to try the Yotpo reviews system, but it seem that doesn´t work either.

    Hey Daniel!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    I guess the plugin hooks into a native woocommerce function. Unfortunately, it will not work if you use the advance layout builder because the builder removes all the default product elements and then use the template-builder.php instead. Use the default editor instead if you want the plugin to work. Contact the plugin author for more info.

    Hi Ismael, i know that perhaps yotpo will not work, but the woocommerce comments should work. Actually the avance layout have the option to show the comments but as you can see doesn’t work either. Could you check that please.

    Hola Daniel,

    El problema es causado por el plugin “Yotpo Social Reviews for Woocommerce”, me parece que este reemplaza el formulario nativo de WooCommerce, Enfold intenta embeber este y se crea un conflicto.

    Tal vez la solución seria modificar el elemento ALB de reviews de Enfold, /config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/product_snippet_review.php, linea 71:

    comments_template('reviews');

    En vez de eso tendrías que poner la función que invoca los reviews del plugin Yotpo (si es que existe).
