hello,
i’m not able to add a sidebar to the individual product page. I would like to have my categories, and filters in the sidebar.
i thought the way to add a sidebar would be to use advanced layout builder. when i switch it on, i can tick the box to display sidebar. BUT THEN all the description disappears from the product page, it becomes blank.
also, the word “additional info” repeats twice: “Дополнительная информация”
please help!!!

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
The double “additional info” is one for the name of the tab, the other one is a title for the tab content.

Basiliscan you please have a look – i have the sidebar switched on, on this product page, but everything is under the product – not in the sidebar.
i cant see an option to change it?

Hi,
That is the default location of the sidebar. If you want to move the sidebar to the left or right side of the product content, please refer to the following thread.
