    We just did a major homepage refresh/overhaul and wanted our customers to be able to add items to the cart right off the home page. We are using the ‘Product List’ under the ‘Plugin Additions’ in the Avia Layout Builder. When we built the new site, the previews worked correctly. When we went live, the Product List is not working properly. The option: Product Images Should product image be displayed? is currently on NO but the images are being shown and messing up the whole home page.

    Here is some of the code:

    You can see that the code says =’no’ but it’s still showing up. Is there a workaround for this?

    Also, we really DO NOT like the new dropdown menus that we have since updated to 4.7.3

    Hey Andrew,

    Could you please clear the cache, check again and get back to us.

    You have the footer and the header file in your child theme, did you get them updated with a fresh copy?

    Hi Victoria,

    Thank you for getting back to me! I used plugin WP Fastest Cache to delete all the cache and that did no effect.

    Are there any code workarounds or solutions besides just clearing the cache?

    Oddly, when I’m in WP Staging Pro, the code is working properly. What would prevent the code from working on the live site? Same plugins and everything.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay. The style of the product list element looks different in your installation. Did you modify the shortcode files? Please post the FTP details in the private field so that we can check it further.

    We were able to access the file server but the current directory is empty. Please check the FTP account permission.
