Hello, I have a problem displaying product. Only with “product list”, with “product grid” and “product slider” everything is OK.
I use a plugin to program my products to the sales “WooCommerce Availability Scheduler”. When the product is not available, it is displayed everywhere except with “prduct list”.
Do you have a solution ? Thank you.
Aurélien.
Sorry for my English…December 5, 2016 at 6:27 am #720317Hey pixelcarre,
Thank you for using Enfold.
Note that we don’t provide support for third party extensions of another plugin but we’ll try our best to help. Could you please provide a login details so that we can check the issue? A screenshot will help as well. And please contact the plugin author for additional help.
Best regards,

I do not think the problem comes from the plugin. I think this is just a display setting in your theme.
2 screenshots, one from the back office and the other from the front office.
I select the same product category, but with 3 different displays, grid, slide and list.
(Products are not available.)

Aurélien.December 14, 2016 at 10:18 am #724192Hello, here is the answer of the plugin author:
Hi,
unfortunately it seems to be an issue related to the product list coltroller. I’ve done some live tests using WPIDE plugin and it seems that that controller is not properly using the woocommerce_loop_add_to_cart_link filter to render the add to cart buttons. The WCAS plugin hooks to that filter to avoid button rendering for the unavailable products. As you can see the other two controllers are properly using that filter to render the buttons and there is no conflict with the plugin. They are properly listing products and the plugin is properly able to avoid the add to cart button rendering for the unavaiable products.
This not happens with product list controller. Most likely it is unproperly rendering the product list using the woocommerce_loop_add_to_cart_link. This can cause a conflict with WCAS plugin that completely removes all the products.
However this is an issue of that controller not coded by me, so I cannot fix it. You should then report that issue to the controller developer.-

December 16, 2016 at 2:27 pm #725324Hi,
Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to get a solution for this problem, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
Andy -
