When you click on the product image to go and select the different variations of it (IE shirt size & color) the product image is not showing or the descriptions. Below is a link to see.
May 1, 2018 at 6:53 pm #949616Hey DaFool71,
Please add the following to quick css:
.woocommerce-product-gallery.woocommerce-product-gallery--with-images.woocommerce-product-gallery--columns-4.images{ opacity:1!important; } .js_active .woocommerce-tabs .panel{ display:block!important; }

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

May 8, 2018 at 3:41 am #953026Any update on this issue?
May 9, 2018 at 10:33 am #953793Hi DaFool71,
We apologize for the late response.
I have checked your site and the issue that prevents your site from working properly is this error:Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
Can you also give us ftp access? as well as permission to temporarily disable your plugins just to isolate the issue.
Best regards,
NikkoMay 9, 2018 at 3:35 pm #953986Sure thing
May 10, 2018 at 2:37 pm #954581Hi DaFool71,
Can we ask for the ftp username as well?
I have tried the same username you gave for admin access, but it doesn’t work, please check.Best regards,
NikkoMay 10, 2018 at 3:17 pm #954601Sorry about that
May 10, 2018 at 7:35 pm #954793Hi DaFool71,
Thanks for giving us ftp access.
However I still could not figure out how to fix this error on your end:Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
Though I did notice that jquery.js is being loaded last which is most likely what’s causing the issue as shown in screenshot 1 in private content.
Also I did notice when viewing page source of your site (at the bottom), I see this script (2nd screenshot in private content).
I’m hesitant to disable all plugins on your site just to isolate the issue, however can you disable the plugin that’s responsible for it?Best regards,
NikkoMay 10, 2018 at 9:55 pm #954906Thank you very much Nikko for your help with this. The problem was with cloudflare’s Rocket Loader setting which is in beta. I turned that off and it is all working again. Thank you for the awesome support.
