Can you let me know what are the ideal image sizes in Woo->Settings->Product->Display I should use for this theme?
I am re-formatting all my images, and I want to know in what size is best.

Using inspector, I am getting 3 different variations:

Image size is 450x450px however they are resized to 387x387px as they are responsive and fit the container they are in. If possible, please post a link to your shop page and we will check and tell you the ideal product image sizes :)
