product image showing blur

this is very stressful i didn’t aspect this please do for me the needful i have followed the procedure but now the site is not even showing

please it has taken alot of time and i have to submit this work please check for me why is website not showing after i followed the procedures even when i press update it doesn’t show any page

dear sir i have simply what followed what u said it worked the product image was not blur but it changed my settings the color was changed the name near the logo was not there so i tried to keep them but when i kept code for the heading in function.php after it nothing is opening website or the back end

what can i do please help me

can you tell me steps i=on refresh install of wp and recover backup
