Product Image Rollovers on listing page but with Product Name in the rollover

Hi All,

Have a client build that I’m having issues getting tackled. Seems straightforward but I just can’t seem to get it right and under the gun for time :(

Client is wanting to have the Woocommerce product titles appear as a rollover on the product listing page, rather than the default title under the image (see below). Slight darkness on rollover I have tackled (yeah! :) but the title I’m having trouble with.

Ideally if it can be done with Quick CSS would be best but needing help here. Will need to be able to specify a font-family and have it center balanced (and mobile friendly).
