Hi everyone,
I would like to use the “Hover effect on Overview Pages” option on my products but there is an issue.
I added the option to two of my products (the two first products of the page in private content) but when the page is loaded, the products images change immediately but not on mouse hover…
Any idea?
If needed, you could find credentials in private content.

What do you exactly mean about “disable caching and minification”?
I’m using a caching extension named Autoptimize because of another issue (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/privacy-cookies-enfold-documentation/). When I deactivate it, the issue is not solved.
Do I need to try something else?

Are you adding that option with a plugin?
Please deactivate all plugins one by one, except for the Media Replace plugin, to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

I deactivated all plugins and the one that is causing the issue is Smush that I’m using to optimize images.

Unfortunately we can’t troubleshoot or guarantee compatibility with third party plugins, so you would need to contact the plugin devs or try a different one. Apologies for this.
