Hello-
I was just notified that all the product grids on our website are not displaying any products after the latest version of Enfold was installed. This problem created numerous pages without any products, and I have been scrambling to replace most of the custom pages in the nav menu with Product Categories, as those will still display products.
See the pages using a grid here: http://www.richardengels.com/pandora-jewelry/, http://www.richardengels.com/kattan/, http://www.richardengels.com/endless/
vs default product category here: http://www.richardengels.com/jewelry/bracelets/pandora-bracelets/Any idea on what is causing this? Any help is MUCH appreciated!
April 17, 2017 at 11:55 am #778635Am also facing exactly the same problem (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/no-products-showing-in-page-important/).
I hope that the support team or Kriesi gives a solution to that!
AsteriosApril 17, 2017 at 1:57 pm #778690Hi,
can you remove the function to hide admin bar in frontend please? I tried to check your functions.php, but couldn’t find the code for it inside of it. I tried to search inside your backend for the site in private, but couldn’t find it. We need to be able to check it in order to help.
Best regards,
AndyApril 18, 2017 at 5:34 am #779068Hi Andy-
I have disabled it. I didn’t know if anyone was going to be able to help, so I reset the site and reloaded enfold with my child theme. I imported a different demo to see if that helped but it still has issues.
Please feel free to login again. Thanks for your help.

April 18, 2017 at 3:38 pm #779387Hi,
admin bar on frontend is still missing, so we can’t check our website’s backend. Please provide the admin bar on frontend or provide us a precise link to the backend of this page.
Best regards,
AndyApril 18, 2017 at 10:20 pm #779679Hi Andy-
Sorry, the Yoast SEO plugin seemed to be causing an issue. I have deactivated it so you can access the pages with the toolbar.
Thanks,
-AApril 21, 2017 at 1:18 pm #781168Hi,
admin bar is still not showing up. And when I try to search for the page manually inside your backend, I get zero results: http://i.imgur.com/002lqy4.png
So still we can’t do much this way. We need to be able to edit the page in question. Please provide us a precise link to the page’s backend.

AndyApril 23, 2017 at 9:24 am #781910Ugh. I realized it was WP Fastest Cache that was actually causing the admin bar to not show. I have disabled it and everything appears to be back to normal. Sorry about that!
April 23, 2017 at 9:33 am #781913There are actually a ton of pages not able to display product grids. If you look under “Designers”, you will notice the only pages that are able to display products are the ones that I have switched to shop category/catalog pages, or those that have an embedded iframe. The pages that have custom layouts and anywhere you place a product grid, no products are able to be shown.
April 24, 2017 at 1:36 pm #782284Hi,
I tested your whole content on my own installation and it works fine for me. So something must cause it especially on your end.
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Keep all plugins and customizations (custom code etc.) deactivated while testing.

AndyApril 24, 2017 at 7:23 pm #782481Wait- Are you saying that you were able to get the product grid to show? Did you see the areas I addressed where product grids were placed, had categories set with products, but were not showing anything?
I don’t understand how it could be on my end?
Thanks for looking into the problem.
April 24, 2017 at 8:01 pm #782499Hey!
Can you please disable EVERYTHING else and give a try to see if it is working with all the rest plugins de-activated?
Cheers!
BasilisApril 24, 2017 at 8:21 pm #782514Definitely. That was actually the first thing I tried before creating this thread. I have disabled all plugins except for woocommerce, but still no change.

I subsribed here because I had EXACTLY the same problem like you, hoping to find a solution.
The support team gave me exactly the same suggestions they gave you but nothing helped. What helped me solve the problem, was to change the sorting options of the products.
Try it, it might work for you too.Best Regards
AsteriosApril 26, 2017 at 7:55 pm #783664Hi,
actually @asterios is right. As soon as I switch to anther sorting option inside your Product Grid it works fine again. If you want to stick with this sorting option though, then you need to adjust your WooCommerce settings inside WooCommerce->Settings->Products->Display->”Default product sorting” and choose “Default sorting” for example. I just did it for you and now it works fine. Can you confirm please?
Best regards,
