Hi
I’ve been transferring my website from the Inovado to Enfold, since I already have 2 other websites running on enfold I decided to change the one that did not.
I imported a theme Enfold-Shop one.
Maybe because of additional coding to the old site, the enfold does not update the pages when it is running the Plugin Additions.
I can see it on but, the moment I update shows an image of one of my products and does not save the last changes. If you go to the website it looks like it is working but in reality it is the default just playing it’s course.I am not an expert on coding that is why I like Enfold so much but I have hit a wall.
Thank you

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

April 20, 2018 at 3:20 am #944384Hi,
when it is running the Plugin Additions
Did you add an element from the “Plugin Additions” panel? Is it the Product Purchase Button element? Please try this fix.
Best regards,
IsmaelApril 20, 2018 at 3:31 am #944388No. It does not work with any Plugin Additions.
When I update a page with one it goes to an image in the shop gallery. when I go back to the page all changes are lost.
I used the imported theme that came with “product slider” and a “product list”.
It updated automatically with my products and never allowed me to update the page… I had to delete them from the page so I could work.
That is the story.Thanks
April 22, 2018 at 12:59 am #944994Hi!
Thank you for the update.
No. It does not work with any Plugin Additions.
What do you mean by “Plugin Additions”? Please provide a link to one of the product pages with the issue so that we could check it. Make sure that the site is running on the latest version of the theme, 4.2.6.

The product page no longer exists. Is this fixed? Use this plugin to clean the database of orphaned posts or items.

Create a restore point or a backup before using the plugin.

Thank you for the update. I was referring to the “green-blouse” page. Is that accessible when you’re not logged in? (see private field)
Please provide another login token so that we could check the product page.

The product visibility is set to “private” so you won’t see it when logged out. I get a 500 error when I try to delete the product. Please try to clean the database with this plugin.

Create a restore point or a backup first.
