Hi there
At link below, I’ve added additional product photos in the “product gallery” but they aren’t working for some reason.
I’ve also gone into the demo pages and tried replacing the product gallery images, and still not working, so something strange going on.
Thanks for help in advance.

I’m not sure I understand what you mean by that, could you send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,

September 19, 2016 at 4:46 pm #688607Hi,
about which images are you talking about? I checked link in private section, but I can’t any images at all. Can you explain further and provide us screenshots showing what’s going on for you please? use imgur.com or dropbox.
However, please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

AndySeptember 19, 2016 at 5:21 pm #688629Hello
I updated the theme, still having same issues. I add featured image and/or product gallery images and they do not show up after I save a view them on live site.
See more info including login in private content box.
September 20, 2016 at 12:36 pm #689110Hi,
it seems you missed the note:
“Please note that the Advanced Layout Builder for products will not work with all WooCommerce Extensions”Deactivate ALB and it should work fine for you.

AndySeptember 20, 2016 at 3:49 pm #689349Okay, but if I disable it, say on this page: http://test-store.ambir-developers.com/product/red-velvet/ then I lose all the custom tabs (which I want to keep). Is there no way to keep the ALB and add the product gallery?
Thanks,

I have debug enabled in my installation, but I’m still not seeing any special output, where specifically should I be seeing it? Can I get a screenshot?
Thanks,
RobertSeptember 23, 2016 at 9:07 pm #691012Hi,
after enabling debug mode you will see shortcodes below ALB’s content:
Best regards,
AndySeptember 27, 2016 at 11:10 pm #692459I have enabled debug mode, but still don’t see the shortcodes.
September 29, 2016 at 5:16 pm #693255Hi Guys
It’s been two weeks and I haven’t been able to resolve this issue that’s preventing us from further progress on our website.
Can I get some support that doesn’t take days to get a response back, happy to pay for added support, this is a pressing issue.
Thank you,
RobertSeptember 30, 2016 at 1:06 pm #693678Hi,
try to use a child theme: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ for activating debug mode. Deactivate all your plugins.
If you want faster help, feel free to hire a freelance developer here: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
Best regards,
