Hello all,
I have updated to the latest version (4.9.2.1) in the dev system, but now the product filters in the sidebar have disappeared. I have already started a few attempts, but I am not able to display the product filters in the sidebar again. Thanks for your support!
Many greetings Kai
May 2, 2022 at 12:14 pm #1350172Does really nobody have an idea? Isn’t this, the official support forum that I paid to access. It would be really nice if there was at least a response.
Many greetings Kai
May 2, 2022 at 1:09 pm #1350178Hi Kai,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the late reply!
I tried updating Enfold to the latest version 4.9.2.2, switching to widget block editor and de-activating all active plugins except for WooCommerce but the issue persists.
I will report the issue to our devs and share this thread as reference.
Please kindly wait to hear from us :)
Best regards,

May 17, 2022 at 12:38 pm #1352058It would really start to be important to have feedback. Unfortunately, I have now received no information for 2 weeks about when to expect a solution! Since I pay for support, it would be expected that my request is processed or at least I hear something about the current status.
May 19, 2022 at 12:51 pm #1352303Hey!
Sorry for the delay. We have checked the dev site but unfortunately, we are not yet sure why the product widgets are not rendering properly in the sidebar. Did you install a new plugin or add custom scripts after updating the theme?
We may have to access the live site in order to compare it with the latest version, and see if we can find anything different. Please post the htaccess and WordPress login details of the live site in the private field. Additional info from the plugin authors will help a lot.

IsmaelMay 19, 2022 at 1:46 pm #1352314Hello Ismael,
not really, only the plugins (All-in-One WP Migration File Extension & FTP Extension) were added in the DEV system. Rather plug-ins were deleted or deactivated compared to the live site. No other custom script was added. Thanks for the support.
Many greetings
KaiMay 20, 2022 at 6:14 am #1352371Hi,
Thank you for the login info.
We noticed that the Better Search Replace plugin has been installed in the live and dev site. Which entries in the database did you modify? Can we have access to the dev site’s database?
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 24, 2022 at 9:03 am #1352729Hi Ismael,
With Better Search Replace I only had the URL replaced in the all database tables during migration. Nothing else happened with it. You get the access data enclosed! Thanks for the support and I hope to hear from you soon.
Many greetings
KaiMay 26, 2022 at 9:30 am #1353029Hi,
We tried to disable the woocommerce config in the theme by removing everything in the config-woocommerce/config.php file but the product filters still didn’t show in the sidebar and for some reason, the product category page got converted to a default page, so the dummy or default widgets showed.
We may need the S/FTP accounts for both dev and live site so that we can check the theme/plugin files properly. Please include the info in private field.
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
IsmaelJune 12, 2022 at 12:35 pm #1354965This reply has been marked as private.June 13, 2022 at 11:50 am #1355024If you’re still having this issue, I had it on a couple of sites following a a WooCommerce update (where they changed the product tables).
There was a subsequent database update and most of the sites I manage were fine with the exception of two where the filters simply disappeared.
It was fixed by hitting ‘Clear Transients’ in WooCommerce > Status > ToolsHope that helps
