I really like the product elements that come with the woocommerce plugin. The nice and clean display of product items and the hover effect with the changing image is something I could really use for one of my websites. Is it possible to use these elements without using woocommerce? I only need them as design elements, no need for all the extra functionality of woocommerce. The problem with using woocommerce is that I would have to change a lot in my site structure which seems disproportionate for just using nice design elements and i figure there is no reason one wouldn´t be able to use them without all the shop functionality and extra setup of product items etc. So please let me know how I can do that. Thanks so much!

    Hi aph80!

I think the closest thing we have for that is the post slider or the portfolio grid shortcodes.

    Hi Elliott,

thanks for the ideas but it´s not what I´m looking for. Actually an image thats able to change on hover to a different one would do the job. Is that possible somehow?

Okay, there seems to be a simple html solution for this: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/create-rollover-images/

Whenever I use this code it automatically converts to a code for a normal image after saving. What´s wrong?

    Hi,

Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi!

please use code block element to implement the code in question.

Is there a way to integrate code blocks in a (content) slider? Also it doesn´t work with clickable images. The regular hover effect seems to interfere with the changing image effect. How do I turn this effect off for only these images?

    Hey!

you could enable debug mode and use the shortcodes generated by your code block element. Paste these shortcodes into your slider.

    Best regards,
    Andy
