I have a problem with displaying woocommerce products.
For example on the following page: http://www.labiatae.com.mialias.net/aceites-vegetales/ the products show the image of the gallery when they should show the image of the gallery.
I have activated the parameter “Over effect on overview pages” in the product but it doesn’t work
Attached screenshots to see that you can see the product configuration in wordpress backend.

The main image only appears a few milliseconds and then loads the one from the product gallery, could you help me.

We apologize for the delayed response.
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have checked it and the plugin that’s causing the issue is Smush.
Deactivating it should make it work properly, if you need that plugin try changing its setting maybe there’s a setting in it that is primarily causing the issue.Best regards,
NikkoSeptember 12, 2020 at 8:51 am #1245289I’m using WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Additional Variation Images extension. Product pages are the WooCommerce layouts and not created using the Advanced Layout Editor. The Additional Variation extension causes the gallery images to not load properly. When the extension is deactivated, the gallery images load properly. Are you able to help with this, or is this an WooCommerce issue?
Theme / Child Theme / PHP / WooCommerce are all up to date.
Please see info in private content area.

We apologize for the delayed response.
Can you create a staging site for us to test? since we don’t want to risk your live site.
Also please create a separate thread and change the password for the account, since all that is in private content may be hidden from the public but the thread creator can view it as well.Best regards,
Nikko -
