    Hello,

    I had opened a thread once before but that has been resolved. I am dealing with a bit of a different issue now.

    Seemingly out of nowhere, http://www.monadumais.com/?product=music-from-the-heart-digital-downloads does not show up right. This is a grouped item, and previously the descriptions for those items showed up correctly, with the track name for each, and not the same title all the way down as is currently the case. In addition, the description won’t show up here. This is all correct on the backend, and I’ve tried deleting and recreating the product page to no avail.

    A separate issue that you might be able to advise on, is that when I enabled ‘force https’ in woocommerce checkout, I was seeing an error whenever I’d try to access the my account page. It would give me a bluehost page with links to login, coupled with a warning that my browser connection wasn’t secure. Disabling this feature seemed to help, but I don’t know why because it worked fine at first and then I received the error.

    Hey rondumais14,
    What I’m seeing is that all products are the same one:
    postimage
    On your separate issue, the warning your getting is do to “mixed content” some https & http when you force http over https you’ll get the error. To correct make all resources on your account page https.
    Are you using a plugin like Really Simple SSL?

    Hi Mike,

    Right, it looks that way, buy if you go into the product its 11 different items that at linked. So I have no idea whats wrong, or why the description isnt showing.

    As far as ssl, i have no special plugs and tool no particular measures other than enabling for https.

    Oh I see you don’t have https (SSL) that’s why you can’t use ‘force https’ :)

    So youre saying that I need a plugin to enable https? Can you recommend one?

    How can I fix that product page issue with the items showing up wrong, and the description not showing?

    Hi,
    to enable https you need to get SSL from your host. Your host can get it for free from https://letsencrypt.org/ but not all do, so you might have to pay for it.
    Your product page is some setting, are your other products correct?

    Ill look into the https / ssl variable then, so thank you on that.

    For the products, the others appear fine. Feel free to log in and have a look. This is the only one as far as I can tell, and ive scoured every setting I can. I sont know what it is. I think its a problem, not just a setting. Hoping you can help me find the cause.

    Hi Ron,

    I have checked the page and it should be fixed. I’m not sure why it appeared like that but I tried to change the product to Simple Product and the issue was fixed and I set it back to Grouped Product and the issue didn’t appear again. Let us know if it’s all good or if you need more assistance :)
