This is still an issue. Here is what we are now reporting, we noticed that when we LOG OUT of ADMIN it does NOT show description or have the light box product image. When we LOG IN to ADMIN it displays as you claim it should.

October 22, 2014 at 5:01 pm #339565When will this be addressed? This is a MAJOR problem. In case you are unclear, the product description and lightbox works properly on the website but only if you are logged in to the WordPress Admin. If you log out of WordPress Admin those two things are suddenly broken.
October 22, 2014 at 5:09 pm #339569Hi!
Can you post the link to your website please? Have you tried de-activating all active plugins except for WooCommerce and check if that helps?
Cheers!

Yes, we tried that.
October 22, 2014 at 6:08 pm #339622Hi!
Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately?

We updated WooCommerce, cleared cache and it’s still a problem. Didn’t you test it for yourself?
October 24, 2014 at 3:59 am #340418We need this answered within 12 hours otherwise we need to request a refund.
October 25, 2014 at 2:15 am #340834Hey!
We are very sorry for the delay. There are multiple instances of Enfold themes on your installation. Please delete those that aren’t being used. Deactivate all plugins then update the theme to version 3.0.2. Test the lightbox again before you reactivate the plugins.
Cheers!
IsmaelOctober 25, 2014 at 7:02 am #340909Your suggestion was a waste. It completely TRASHED the site when I added the new version. Having multiple themes does not MATTER.
Please escalate this matter – we are dead in the water right now.
October 25, 2014 at 7:04 am #340910You need to escalate this to someone who can actually fix this urgently. Now the site is broken, can’t go to Appearance > Menus. Can’t browse the site. Nothing works. You have access, fix it.
October 27, 2014 at 5:16 am #341329WHY HASNT ANYONE RESPONDED? YOU TOLD US TO UPGRADE AND IT BROKE EVERYTHING.
YOU HAVE ACCESS – FIX IT!!!

October 27, 2014 at 7:53 pm #341723Hi!
Sorry for the late reply! Response time may be longer on weekends than it usually is.
Please try re-updating the theme and make sure to overwrite all files – http://vimeo.com/67209750
Overwriting all files should fix the issue. Appearance > Menus throw internal server error which is most likely not theme related – http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/Regards,
YigitOctober 28, 2014 at 6:24 am #342011YOU are the one that told us to UPDATE the THEME and we did it VIA FTP the first time.
ITS your RESPONSIBILITY to FIX THIS. You caused our site to get trashed. The Appearance > Menu issue only occurred AFTER you told us to UPDATE.
Escalate this matter now.
October 28, 2014 at 7:29 am #342048Hi!
The Appearance > Menus panel looks fine. I activated the WooCommerce plugin and the lighbox for product pages even when you’re logged out is working.
Cheers!
IsmaelOctober 28, 2014 at 2:59 pm #342241YOU need to explain how you fixed it.
October 28, 2014 at 3:13 pm #342248Hey!
I think re-updating the theme via FTP should have fixed the issue. I asked Ismael to tell YOU what he did. Please kindly wait to hear from him

please add this to Quick CSS:
.thumbnail_container { height: 100%; }

AndyOctober 30, 2014 at 3:04 am #343200That DID NOT work: http://ariaguitarsglobal.com/product-category/products/acoustic-guitars/sinsonido-series-acoustic-guitars/
See the two new products they added since the update? They don’t match the others.
October 30, 2014 at 12:32 pm #343355Vegas your attitude astounds me the way you were demanding for a fix, be glad you’ve even got support because with a lot of themes you’d be left in the dark.
October 30, 2014 at 3:46 pm #343450Kris 711, wake up. They broke it, they should be able to respond faster to high severity issues.
October 30, 2014 at 4:10 pm #343460Still waiting to hear from Ismael and also the Fix you proposed does not help. The issue still exists.
October 30, 2014 at 4:43 pm #343475What you have to understand is these guys are a team of about 5 that get hundreds of support requests per day for this theme alone. Throwing your toys out of the pram isn’t going to help you.
October 30, 2014 at 5:52 pm #343497Hi!
@vegaspro: I didn’t actually do anything. I activated WooCoomerce and the Menus panel goes back to normal. Regarding the thumbnail issues, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Product Image Sizes section. Adjust the Catalog Images size then enable the Hard Crop? parameter. Upload the featured image again or regenerate the thumbnails.
@Kris1711: It’s alright. :)Regards,
IsmaelOctober 30, 2014 at 6:47 pm #343528All of you are missing the entire point. Our site was working perfectly with the exception of the one bug we found.
So let’s take baby steps:
1. We found a crucial bug with your Theme (see OP)
2. We reported the Bug on this Forum
3. You attempted to diagnose by asking us to do A, B, C and D
4. A, B, C and D failed
5. You then asked us to Update the Theme and WooCommerce
6. One or both caused our current working site to break
7. We have now lost all the previous settings we had in place that were customized for usSummary: The bug may have been “patched” but now we lost all the settings and adjustments we spent hours to make.
There is no way I can manually go back and attempt to put things how they were. This is the reason we are so exasperated.
Interestingly enough, I have a working backup from managewp.com from before this was touched and I could put it back BUT then you would have to update everything and make sure things were not lost this time around.
October 30, 2014 at 7:10 pm #343543Hi!
replace my code with this one:
.thumbnail_container { height: 335px; }
You can try to play around with the height number. You can go up to 380px, but as Ismael already mentioned you should adjust the catalog image size.
Please have in mind that you ALWAYS should make backups before you do any (big) changes in your theme/files.

Andy- This reply was modified 10 years, 1 month ago by Andy.
October 30, 2014 at 8:19 pm #343637I tried 360 but it seems the 2 images that were added AFTER the upgrade are smaller for some reason.
I know nothing about adjusting catalog image sizes, that’s going to screw up our entire site.
October 30, 2014 at 8:33 pm #343650Hi!
That’s why I put height: 335px. Please use this. It should work.
Please follow the instructions from Ismael:
Regarding the thumbnail issues, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Product Image Sizes section. Adjust the Catalog Images size then enable the Hard Crop? parameter. Upload the featured image again or regenerate the thumbnails.
Please remember to make a backup before screwing up your entire site.
Cheers!
