    Hi Kriesi Support Team,

    I have problem with category product. When i click category product, it turns into 404 not found like below
    Nothing Found
    Sorry, the post you are looking for is not available. Maybe you want to perform a search?

    For best search results, mind the following suggestions:

    Always double check your spelling.
    Try similar keywords, for example: tablet instead of laptop.
    Try using more than one keyword.
    Feel like browsing some posts instead?

    Hi vemaybayanz!

    Send us a link to your page with the category link and we’ll take a look.

    You can try deactivating all plugins and create a copy of your .htaccess file and then delete it from your server before saving your permalinks again in Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks. Perhaps your using a custom permalink structure that has a typo in it? If so then select the “Post name” or “Default” structure and save to see if that fixes it.

    I am doing on my localhost, not yet uploaded to hosting so i can not send you the category link. I’ll try to fix as what you guided and if error stills occur, i’ll contact you
