Hi
I’m using the Enfold Category Styling option on categories. When I upload a category images cut off half the image: http://writeleft.co.za/new/shop/ (have a look at computer accessories)
Then it uses the same image for the category header which doesn’t look too good: http://writeleft.co.za/new/product-category/computer-accessories/
Am I able to upload a separate category image and a separate banner image?. This way I can ensure my category images are square and readable and my banner can look a bit better.
Hope this is making sense.

March 4, 2016 at 9:54 am #593185I’m sure it will be soon, surely, I mean I spent money for support so it will happen soon :)
March 4, 2016 at 7:52 pm #593486Hey!
You can go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display and change category image sizes and then regenerate thumbnails using this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
Please note that this is WooCommerce related also if your case is urgent, please try to avoid self posting as it usually makes threads overlooked. If you have not self posted, we would probably answered faster. I was checking newer threads and saw yours, “i spent money for support” mention did not help, for your information :)Regards,

really? I waited 2 days before I self posted, Your faster is obviously different to mine. LOL! And thats just an excuse you are using because of your terrible slow support.
Your disappointing cocky comment does not help me improve my opinion of your poor support.
March 10, 2016 at 4:35 pm #596345Hi!
Due to some unexpected circumstances, we were a bit slower than usual, that is true but they are already taken care of and we will be up to our usual speed in no time. Sorry for the inconvenience and i did not mean to sound cocky, i just wanted to let you know that you did not receive a reply just because you mentioned money. We started off on the wrong foot and i believe we will have better communication in future :)
Since category images are generated in sizes defined in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display, it would be the best if you uploaded your category images in square format. You can use wider images for your color section.
Cheers!
