    I am having an issue with displaying the product and post sliders on mobile (Android and iOS). It works across all desktop browsers but not on mobile. I switched out the image slider for a different one to see if there was a compatibility issue but that didn’t fix it.

    Hi!

    which Enfold version are you using? please update to Enfold v.3.1.1. Can you please go into your W3 total cache settings and deactivate caching? afterwards please deactivate all plugins, to see if one is causing this issue.
    Maybe you would need to delete product and post sliders in question and rebuild them. Hopefully this will help you.

    The theme was customized from Enfold v3.0.3. I’ve updated the widgets to v3.1.1 and disabled optimizations with Cloudflare and all plugins without resolving the issue. Re-enabled essential plugins but no caching.

    Would there be another part of the theme that would affect the slider other than the widgets?

    Hey!

    The site is not using the latest version of the theme, 3.1. There are lots of missing options and codes in some of the theme files are different. Please update the theme to version 3.1.1.
