Hello,
if i use the “add theme shortcut” function in the editor and try to add a process bar then i get an error. (see screenshot in the private content). A blank page is being shown if i try to edit the new created process bar.
I cannot enter any data because there are no textfields or optionfields. I can only save the new created process bars. I have tried other browsers and i also deactivated adblocker however those steps did not solve my problems. I would be very glad if you could tell me how to fix this error.February 16, 2018 at 6:31 pm #913327Hey promind-customer,
Have you tried deactivating all active plugins and then attempting to add the progress bar? Also, are you sure your are using the most updated version of the theme?

I am sure im using the latest version of your theme. if you want i can give you an admin account so that you can see the error.
I am also trying to add the progress bar from the backend and not from the frontend. So in the backend there are no plugins which could impact the functionality of your extension. Therefore it seems to be a bug in your software.February 19, 2018 at 4:10 pm #914355Hi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Can you please specify the page where it is happening? Is it a page with Advanced Layout Builder enabled?
