Yoast is pointing out something weird to me. On the home page, I’ve created several icon boxes and Yoast tells me that those are all images, which all contain the same alt tag (i.e. the title of the site). How can I prevent the icon boxes from being seen as images?
Moreover: it informs me that in the first paragraph of the page there isn’t the keyword, but instead the keyword is the first one.
I have no problems with the rest of the pages, but only in the home page. How can I solve it?
Second problem: In Chrome you can’t see the logo
Thanks
Sonia

Hi,
Sorry for the late response. Where do you see the warnings? Can you give us a screenshot of it? We checked the Yoast SEO box in the home page editor, but we didn’t find anything related to what you described above.
Best regards,
Ismael

First red point: “The phrase you chose does not appear in the first paragraph”. That’s not true, it’s exactly the first word in the first paragraph.
Second red point: “Phrase density: The phrase has been found 18 times”.
It is impossible, the phrase (which is the name of the site) has not been entered 18 times. There must be a problem with the images/icon.

Hi,
Thank you for the clarification.
The analysis can’t find the key phrase because the paragraph or the text block that contains phrase is not the first element in the page. The key phrase is detected when we add a text block above the layer slider and put the key phrase “Avis comunale di Verona” in it.

You might have to include the key phrase in the first slide of the layer slider. The analysis will not be able to detect the paragraph inside slider, but it should work fine in the front end.
Best regards,
Ismael
