Hey and thanks for a great theme with awesome support!
I know this can be a WPML-question, but the WPML-support said that maybe you could help me on this one.
I have a site in three languages. The problem: It’s impossible to see the start pages in secondary languages (EN/CN). When switching from SV to EN or CN, it redirects me to my news-page.
Do you have any clue?
Thanks!

Thank you for using Enfold.
Please edit the Frontpage settings on the other languages. Switch to your language dashboard then go to their respective Enfold > Theme Options, set the home page on Frontpage settings. Note that you need to configure these settings for each languages.

I am not sure why the other language’s front page redirects to the blog or news page. I tried to flush the permalinks settings then rename the Start page to something else but it’s still not working. I also noticed that the “chinese start” page is blank, is that intended? I’ll ask Dude to take a look.
Did you add any modifications on .htaccess file?
Best regards,

Thanks for trying to help.
If I set the language url format to ?lang=en, it works I guess it’s something with the permalinks in someway..
Yes, the Chinese Start Page is blank for now.
We have Microsoft IIS and is not using .htaccess file.

While waiting for Dude to respond, please refer to this link for a possible fix which may have the same issue like yours: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/wpml-homepage-blog-post-not-working/
Cheers!

Well, I didn’t get it to work, so I am using another permalink. Instead of url.com/en, I have url.com//?lang=en. I don’t like it, but it seems I dont have a choice. :(
