Problems with WP 4.1

The problem still for other pages done before, the progress bar appear and I can’t see the shortcode in the editor !

I can see something about progress bar when editing in text, but I can see how many %, for example !!!

First, I have not add progress bar using HTML – http://i.imgur.com/g967qCL.png, like you say, but using your “Magic Wand tool” Maybe it’s the same for you, but realize it’s really not for me.

Third, why do you propose (and sell!) a theme with “Magic Wand tool”, player integration etc.if after malfunction of your product you say “do it yourself” ???

WHAT A FUCK ?!

From the beginning (after 7 days, on December 18, at the 4.1 WP update), I have problems with your theme, your support and already before with envatomarket.
I have done all what you have suggested. Now I say STOP, I get angry.

It’s a pity but the best I have to do is build another site, with another theme. It take me a little bit more time, but I don’t want to loose my time again and again with you, and I want to give a nice experience to my buyers.
If like you say, for “thousands of people” Enfold is working just perfect, though if anything is not working well for a few ones, then there could be lots of different other reasons, and you have to adopt measures needed.

The minimum measure I ask now, is a full refund ($60.00, No credit for another envato shit) Tell envato how you want, they are your partner. I know how they are bored to death with their customers and I lost enough time (Either way they tell me to do with you).
YOU must DO EVERYTHING necessary for this full refund, NOW, next week is the dead line.
If you do this properly I promiss,I will stop there.

My sentence for support is not turn specially on you Yigit. When I say “you” I talk to the support in general, I never know who is going to read me (that’s a problem) “preconceptions and avoidance of responsibility” is the feeling I have in the support answers.
A reason of this feeling is you never explain the probable reasons of a problem and that’s not helping me to use of Enfold theme and support.
The answers are often like “I don’t see a problem, our theme work perfect”.
I have also see you have not answer the ryanmortier customer questions (page 1 in this discussion).

Putting a code in a place like you ask leave me out of comprehension on the way the problem appear.

, I don’t understand. Is HTML bad ? I have just install the progress with a interface, in a few clicks, I don’t know what I handle and what’s wrong, simply.
I have no doubt you have tried every possible way to generate Progress Bar shortcode and it worked fine each time, so I, but why this many possible way work a time and after what it stop working on some similar page. And why the code disappear of the editor even the function still working. It’s no many way to manage to add progress bar using magic wand.

English is not my language, I have no choice and I have made many effort to put into word abstract idea, and translate answers.

For the player, you don’t try your code on my site before, and if you have the problem on your local installation why don’t you correct it in the theme? Putting a code in a place, like you ask, leave me out of comprehension on the way the problem appear and how I can avoid future potential problems.

At favor of your transparency, I hope my “bad language” (thank you!) will offer to person in charge (and all the support team) can evaluate accordingly the way (some) customers can experience the Enfold support.
