    Hello,
    I am trying to update my theme but it is giving me an error and not allowing it to happen. My sliders and homepage video is missing (I’m sure due to the non-updated theme) and my tabs are all not working. Help please!

    Please try updating the theme files manually via FTP. You can follow the instructions here.

    Hi Jordan,
    I did see that video already – thank you. The problem I am having is that another company started building the site and then was fired (PlayN bought the theme but it was through them so I don’t have login to download the theme folder). Is there another way for me to get the updated theme?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately there isn’t any other way to get the theme. Please contact the previous company and request the login details to download the theme from themeforest or I’m afraid you may have to buy a new license to get the theme updates.
