    Hi Kriesli Support,

    I’ve search already a lot un other threads but still cannot find the right solution for my problem.
    We have made about 45-50 websites in Enfold, always very satisfied with it :-)))
    But now the last months we have problems on a few sites with the Enfold-updates.
    It looks like the tokens on several websites don’t want to communicate with the updates.
    I send you the links and login credentials of 1 of them. Can you please help me?
    This one we’ve just started a few weeks ago, so the Enfold version is not that old. But I also have one still in 4.9.2.2 and offcourse I want to update that one also as soon as possible.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    I think the issue might be related to security on your server. Could you please try generating a new token with following permissions only and check if that makes a difference?

    • View and search Envato sites
    • Download your purchased items
    • List purchases you’ve made

    I did it but I than get this:
    We hebben het token op 2022/09/12 09:45 gecontroleerd en we konden verbinding maken met Envato en hadden toegang tot de volgende informatie:
    Uw aankopen
    Gebruikersnaam kan niet worden benaderd (alleen nodig voor uw informatie)
    E-mail was niet toegankelijk (alleen nodig voor uw informatie)
    De volgende fouten zijn opgetreden:
    username Foutcode 403 geretourneerd door Envato: Forbidden:
    – code: not_authenticated
    email Foutcode 403 geretourneerd door Envato: Forbidden:
    – code: not_authenticated

    I’ve tried it again and now it works! YIPPEAH!!!
    Maybe I had to wait a few minutes…?

    Thanks for the info!

    When I tried with Envato Market plugin – https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/, I receive update notification (I did not update the theme) but that should not be necessary.
    How long has it been since you added the previous token? Has it been longer than 12 hours?

    No, not longer than 12 hours, just this morning.
    But do you want me to install that Envato plugin also on the other ‘token-problem’-sites? I never do that, but if this helps..
    I tried with new tokens on 2 other sites but that doesn’t work. May be it does with the plugin?

    Hi Jolanda,

    If it was less than 12 hours, please wait a bit longer. In the latest version of the theme we have made some improvements so you should receive the update instantly however in older versions (including 5.1.1), you may need to wait up to 12 hours due to cache.

    If that does not help, please use the plugin then :)
