    Hello!

    I have a problem with the Theme Customizer and with the media administration after update to 4.7.3. When I open it, the site is empty.

    All Plugins and the Theme have the current version.
    I have already tried this:

    – deactivate all plugins
    – use an standard Theme
    Can you please take a look at it. Thank you!

    Hey internetwarriors,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Install Enfold over FTP

    Hello, Thanks for your mail.
    I hava already tried to reinstall. I created a new developer sub-domain, have the theme installed and all the Content.
    It works fine.
    But when i put it online, to a https URL, I have the same problems.

    Could it be a https Problem? I works with http://dev

    Hi,

    so without https it works fine? Try a plugin like: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-force-ssl/

    Does it work for you with a default WP theme? please let us know about your results.
